As Deputy you will focus on character development throughout our learning continuum and assist in the middle years as key areas of need including our rites of passage, academic excellence, staff professional learning and our Anglican tradition. YOUR MISSION: EXCELLENCE IN ACTION

You'll be the architect of our educational future, leading the implementation of School Plan26+ with measurable, game-changing outcomes. Think big picture meets brilliant execution. Champion educational innovation including AI integration and evidence-based practices that make other schools wonder what we're doing right. Represent our college at prestigious educational forums and professional networks. Deliver quarterly workshops showcasing our educational excellence because sharing is caring, and we're really good at both.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Recognised teaching qualification and NSW teacher accreditation (NESA)
  • Demonstrated educational leadership experience in senior roles over 8+ years
  • Strategic planning and change management expertise
  • Strong understanding of K-12 educational frameworks and compliance
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and Working with Children Check

Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (basically, you can talk to anyone about anything and make them feel heard)
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teaching teams
  • A growth and service mindset that embodies our college's core values
  • Data analysis and evidence-based decision making (numbers tell stories, and you're fluent in their language)
  • A love of educational management systems (TASS, Schoolbox, anything to make us faster, better and able to grow sustainably)
  • Experience with budget management and resource planning
